This is just a reminder of the Aviation Fair at the Jr. High School.


This Saturday, 7 December, the 97 AMW Aviation Inspiration Mentorship (AIM) Wing Program is hosting an Aviation Fair at Altus Junior High School located at 1601 S. Park Lane from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public and will provide entertainment for the whole family – STEM activities, interactive demonstrations, and AAFB Airmen there to answer questions with photo opportunities.

Reminder to all parents. Today is our Turkey Trot. Parents may go to the fields to watch the race.
If you haven't done so, we need all Federal Forms today. We have extra in the front office if one has been misplaced.

Reminder - NO School Wednesday, November 20. This is a professional day for faculty and staff.


Altus Public Schools will send home Federal Forms on Wednesday, November 13. Completed forms are due back on or before Monday, November 18.
Federal Forms are required by the Federal Government in order for schools to receive Impact Aide.
Impact Aid is a Federal education program that reimburses school districts for the lost revenue and additional costs associated with the presence of nontaxable Federal property.
All military members and civilians who have children attending Altus Public Schools should complete the forms and return them to the school.
